Today meet Kalem!

He’s one of our hardworking Exterior Services Team Leads! He is also taking on bringing Landscape Lighting to our sister company @lightsatblue

What do you like most about your job? I love being outside – it allows me to be in my element every single day!

How did you first learn about Lighthouse Group? Cameron! Cam and I have been buddies for some time now. He let me know Lighthouse was hiring at the perfect time, right as I was leaving my previous job.

What does a typical day look like for you? I’m an Exterior Team Lead so I spend my days cleaning up properties. Cleaning windows, gutter cleaning, and my personal favourite, softwashing and pressure washing!

What do you like most about our company? Getting to work with a great crew every day!

What has been your favourite project? One of my favourite projects was softwashing the storefronts that were full of spiderwebs. You got to watch them melt away and bring a brand new look to the storefronts.
