Meet Aaron!
He joined our team last summer and worked with our Gardening Team and our Exterior Cleaning Team. With his years of management experience and amazing work ethic he was promoted to an Exterior Services Team Lead this spring.
Tell us a little bit about your family. I am married to my best friend, Bryony, and have a 22-month-old daughter, Payton.
Random facts about you? I love to cook – always experimenting with new meal ideas and my love of guitar!
What does true leadership mean to you? To me, a true leader is someone who leads by example, strives for quality, and listens to those around them to make better-informed decisions.
What’s on your bucket list? I have always wanted to visit Greece because of its rich historical setting and my favourite cuisine.
